These Operator Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Booking Aggregator platform (“Platform”) as an operator (“you”, “the operator”).
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
The Booking Aggregator platform enables accommodation and tourism operators to connect with Visitor Centres to facilitate bookings through the Request to Book (R2B) system.
Booking Aggregator provides the technology platform that supports listings, booking requests, and related functionality.
2. Relationship with Visitor Centres
You acknowledge that:
a) Visitor Centres operate independently within the Platform and may choose which operators and products to list or promote
b) Creating an operator account does not guarantee that your property or product will be listed, displayed, or promoted
c) Listing, display, and promotion of products is at the sole discretion of the relevant Visitor Centre
d) Your relationship for listing and promotion is with the Visitor Centre, not Booking Aggregator
3. Commission and Booking Models
You acknowledge that:
a) Bookings facilitated through the Platform may be delivered through a range of booking models, including but not limited to:
- Request to Book (R2B)
- Third-party integrations (such as Rezdy, FareHarbour, RateHawk)
- Wholesale or channel-managed inventory
b) Bookings facilitated through the Platform may attract a commission, margin, or other fee, depending on the booking model and supply source
c) The applicable commercial terms, including commissions, margins, fees, and payment processes, are governed by the relevant Booking Aggregator terms and conditions applicable to that booking model
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of managing listings and participating in booking requests.
You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
a) Attempt to access data, systems, or information that you are not authorised to access
b) Copy, scrape, extract, or reproduce data from the Platform
c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Platform
d) Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the performance, security, or integrity of the Platform
e) Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
a) Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
b) All activity conducted under your account
c) Ensuring that only authorised persons access your account
You must notify Booking Aggregator immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
7. Suspension and Termination
Booking Aggregator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time where:
a) You breach these Terms
b) Your use of the Platform poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or Booking Aggregator
c) Required by law or regulatory obligation
8. Platform Availability and Changes
Booking Aggregator may:
a) Modify, update, or enhance the Platform at any time
b) Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or operational reasons
Booking Aggregator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
9. Relationship to Other Terms
These Terms operate in conjunction with the Booking Aggregator terms and conditions applicable to the booking services used on the Platform, including the Request to Book (R2B) Terms and Conditions where applicable.
By creating an account, you agree to all applicable Booking Aggregator terms.
In the event of any inconsistency, the terms governing the specific booking model will prevail.
10. General
a) These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia
b) If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
