Customer Terms and Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Booking Aggregator platform (“Platform”) to make bookings for accommodation, tours, and other services.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- About the Platform
Booking Aggregator Pty Ltd (“Booking Aggregator”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform that facilitates bookings between customers, Visitor Centres, accommodation providers, tour operators, and other service providers (“Operators”).
Depending on the booking, Booking Aggregator may act as an agent, intermediary, or reseller.
- Your Booking Contract
When you make a booking, your contract for the provision of the accommodation or service is with the relevant Operator, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Booking Aggregator is responsible for providing the Platform and facilitating the booking process but is not responsible for the delivery of the underlying service.
- Booking Models and Supply Sources
Bookings made through the Platform may be delivered through a range of booking models, including:
- Direct operator listings
- Third-party booking systems and integrations
- Wholesale or channel-managed inventory
Different booking models may have different pricing structures, cancellation policies, and conditions, which will be displayed at the time of booking.
- Pricing and Payments
a) All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
b) Prices may include applicable taxes, fees, and charges, unless otherwise indicated
c) Payments may be processed securely through Booking Aggregator, its payment service providers, or a third-party booking platform, depending on the product or service being booked
d) A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued - Fees and Charges
All fees and charges applicable to your booking will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
The total price presented prior to completing your booking will include all applicable fees and charges payable by you.
- Booking Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successfully completed.
It is your responsibility to review your booking details and notify us immediately of any errors.
- Cancellations and Refunds
a) Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the Operator and booking type
b) The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed at the time of booking and forms part of your booking agreement
c) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the displayed policy and may be subject to fees - Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and the Operator’s terms and conditions and may incur additional charges.
- No-Shows and Failure to Use Services
If you do not use the booked service or fail to arrive (“no-show”), you may forfeit some or all of the booking amount, depending on the applicable cancellation policy.
- Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
a) Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
b) Comply with all applicable Operator rules, including check-in times, property rules, and conditions of use
c) Ensure that all guests included in the booking comply with these requirements
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may include services provided by third parties.
Booking Aggregator does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, or quality of services provided by third-party Operators.
- Liability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
a) Booking Aggregator is not responsible for the provision of accommodation or services supplied by Operators
b) Booking Aggregator excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from your booking or use of services provided by Operators
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Chargebacks and Fraud
You agree to contact Booking Aggregator before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Fraudulent or disputed transactions may result in suspension or cancellation of bookings and restriction of access to the Platform.
- Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
- Platform Availability
Booking Aggregator may:
a) Modify, update, or enhance the Platform at any time
b) Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or operational reasons
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
